The NBA handed down their suspensions for that ridiculous player/fan brawl the other night in Detroit. Ron Artest will have to sit for the remainder of the season! This kind of suspension is unheard of in any sport and there is already word of an appeal. The rest of the players involved were given anywhere from 1 game to 30 games for the parts. I still don’t understand where the security or police were during that mayhem. At least Ron Artest will now have time to promote his rap album.
